 My family has always been my foundation. My husband, Jack Kapphan, and I have four children, 2 beautiful grandchildren, 1 niece, and 2 nephews that hang stockings at our house at Christmas.
My son, Lewis Cole, is a local dentist and is married to Robin. They are parents of Liza Grace and Ford. My daughter, Sara Elizabeth, lives in New York. Hayley lives and works in Birmingham and Amy Margaret is in Seattle. My niece, Bess, lives in Meridian, MS and my nephews, George and Ross live in Wetumpka, Al.
With a family this size, I can understand how important your family and your specific needs are.
I have had the opportunity to know Tuscaloosa in venues other than housing. I have worked on many civic boards including Tuscaloosa Junior League, YMCA, Theatre Tuscaloosa and various fundraising boards. I have served on the board of Tuscaloosa Association of Realtors. I have served on PTA boards for 9 years and have been president of football and cheerleader booster clubs. I am an active member of First United Methodist Church. I understand how important your community and your children’s schools are to you.
My free time is usually spent gardening, traveling and spending time with family.
